Rio vista Isd -

concessions & Pavillion

Another design/build project with an extremely low budget, and a long list of wants, turned into something spectacular for the RVISD Concession Stand and Pavilion.

‍

With limited power and water available, Benchmark was able to design the concession stand with all necessary amenities, and even supply power for a customer added HVAC.

School administration wanted to make sure that the pavilion was inviting from all directions. Crow foot trusses at all 4 sides make every side feel like a natural entry.

A high school football field with a synthetic turf surface marked with yard lines, a scoreboard, and a large classroom building with the word
Empty outdoor picnic shelter with multiple tables and benches, trash cans, and a small structure with green shutters under a blue sky with scattered clouds.
Aerial view of a sports complex with a building labeled 'EAGLES', a baseball field, and a parking lot, under a partly cloudy blue sky.
