Benchmark Building & Construction was founded in 2007 based on the core values of quality, honesty, and hard work. And through these values Benchmark is consistently associated with high standards of service, integrity and merit. Benchmark is a business based on trust. We are proactive in finding solutions for our clients that not only achieve their goal, but gives them the best value product. We understand that lasting relationships are the foundation of our success, and our primary goal is to help each of our clients achieve their vision. We do this by carefully managing the details and complexities of each project, and communicating constantly with all team members. Benchmark’s insistence on quality service, hard work, and responsiveness to client needs has led to its success in a competitive industry. A Navy veteran, and graduate from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in business management. He brings more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry. In 2007 he took a leap of faith and left the comfort of his Operations Manager position at B’s Fab and Mechanical, to pave his own with Benchmark Building & Construction . Starting over as a laborer, JW shaped Benchmark’s core values of quality, honesty and hard work. One client at a time and one employee at a time, he has built and now leads a strong team of leaders, helping Benchmark grow and thrive while staying true to its original roots. Based on Trust. FOUNDER
Hunter Ryan
Graduated from Harding University where he was a dual sport athlete in Football & Shot Put/Discus/Hammer. After College he wanted to accomplish more than continue to sit in a class room. Having worked in construction since he was 18 years old, he turned to what he knew. He then worked his way up from laborer to Operations/Sales Manager for RC Clayton Contracting. During his time there, he was able to amass a wide range of experience from small scale remodels to large-scale commercial buildouts. In 2020 he also started a painting and specialty coatings company which opened the doors further into the commercial world of construction. Hunter embodies the core values Benchmark was founded upon and continues to push the needle forward on developing relationships and cultivating a company that strives to provide value beyond expectation to its customers.
